• Comment: The initial install was good, Steve came and installed everything in our new home, including a smart touch panel system. However, trying to get the free Schlage Smart Lock we were promised has been an absolute joke. We've been INCREDIBLY patient waiting for the "Free Gift" for about 5 months now after countless follow-ups. Every time it's a new excuse ("Oh they got they address wrong", "I'll have them ship it to my office", "I'll put it in the mail tomorrow"), but 5 months later, nothing.
  UPDATE: It's gotten worse... My touchpad has now gone black and the alarm system is now basically useless. Steve was supposed to come Saturday to fix it and guess what? He never showed and has not responded to texts or voicemails.
