Our alarm system at home was not update . When I called Alarms Brokers. net , I spoke with Steve who was so wonderful. Loved that he showed up in a mask , as safety is number one right one. He was very professional,knowledgeable and polite when updating our security system. He make recommendations to meet our specific needs. He walked me though the features of the system to make sure I understand it. He was happy to assist with any follow up questions I may have later. I am very impressed by how quick and efficient . Professionalism, Quality, Value Alarm brokers completed an amazing installation a couple years ago at my residence. I have not had any issues since install date and whenever I have any questions with my system they always respond immediately. I will be completing my second residence shortly and I will not think twice to use alarm brokers for my alarm, security cameras, and audio installation needs. I highly recommend them over traditional corporation route as they are much more personalized and offer better competitive rates.

Comment: I had wanted to upgrade the current security system at my mom’s house for quite some time. The system we had adopted was having our older nosy neighbors check in, so we figured any technological/non-intrusive upgrade would acceptable. I was lucky enough to come across Alarm Brokers. Not only were they professional, clean and reasonable, they also have a great deal of patience because dealing with my mother is not an easy feat. I felt reassured that we were getting the best system installed by the most knowledgeable people in this business. My mother is happy with them and their work, too. Her stamp of approval is rare which is probably the only reason I wrote a review in the first place.

The initial install was good, Steve came and installed everything in our new home, including a smart touch panel system. However, trying to get the free Schlage Smart Lock we were promised has been an absolute joke. We've been INCREDIBLY patient waiting for the "Free Gift" for about 5 months now after countless follow-ups. Every time it's a new excuse ("Oh they got they address wrong", "I'll have them ship it to my office", "I'll put it in the mail tomorrow"), but 5 months later, nothing. UPDATE: It's gotten worse... My touchpad has now gone black and the alarm system is now basically useless. Steve was supposed to come Saturday to fix it and guess what? He never showed and has not responded to texts or voicemails.

Steve Carulo and his team are the most responsive security specialists that I have dealt with in South Florida. Highly recommend them.
